Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1. Introduction and Agreement
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or accessing the Mould Mastery online course ("Course"). By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "the Purchaser") and Mould Mastery, a trading name operated by its co-founders ("we", "us", "our"). The Course is hosted and delivered via mouldmastery.com.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Course.
2. About the Course
Mould Mastery is an online educational course designed to provide information and guidance on mould illness recovery. The Course is delivered entirely in digital format and includes video content, written materials, and any additional resources made available through the course platform.
Access to the Course is provided on a lifetime basis, meaning you will retain access for as long as Mould Mastery continues to operate and the Course remains available. In the event that the Course or the Mould Mastery platform ceases to operate, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where possible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access in perpetuity.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once purchase has been completed.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Due to the entirely digital nature of the Course, access to the full course content is granted immediately upon completion of your purchase. Once you have been granted access, the digital content — including all videos, written materials, and supplementary resources — has effectively been delivered in full.
Unlike a physical product, digital content cannot be "returned". It is not possible for us to verify whether course materials have been viewed, downloaded, or otherwise used once access has been provided. For this reason, all purchases are non-refundable.
By proceeding with your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
You understand that the Course is a digital product and access is granted immediately upon payment;
You waive any right to a refund or chargeback on the basis that the digital content has been delivered at the point of purchase;
You have had sufficient opportunity to review the course description, outline, and any free preview materials before purchasing;
You are making a considered and informed purchase decision.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after purchasing the Course — where no genuine unauthorised transaction has occurred — constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated costs in such circumstances, and to revoke your course access immediately upon receipt of a chargeback notification.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Whilst our policy is strictly no refunds, we recognise that in very exceptional circumstances — such as a verifiable technical fault on our platform that prevents access entirely, and which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe — we may, at our sole discretion, consider an alternative remedy such as extended access or a partial credit. Any such decision rests entirely with Mould Mastery and does not constitute a precedent or a waiver of our no-refund policy.
We are under no obligation to offer any remedy beyond what is required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
5. Health and Medical Disclaimer
The Course is intended for educational and informational purposes only. The content provided does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health routine, diet, supplementation, or treatment plan. Mould Mastery and its co-founders accept no liability for any health outcomes resulting from the application of information contained within the Course.
Individual results will vary. Any case studies, testimonials, or examples of outcomes discussed within the Course are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the Course — including but not limited to video recordings, written materials, graphics, frameworks, and course structure — is the intellectual property of Mould Mastery and its co-founders and is protected by applicable copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Course content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any course content in any form;
Share your login credentials or course access with any third party;
Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any part of the Course;
Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture and redistribute course materials.
Breach of these terms will result in immediate revocation of your course access without refund, and may result in legal action.
7. Access and Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device and internet connection to access the Course. We do not accept any liability for inability to access the Course due to technical issues on your side, including but not limited to incompatible devices, slow internet connections, or browser issues.
In the event of planned or unplanned maintenance to the course platform, we will endeavour to minimise disruption and restore access as quickly as reasonably practicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mould Mastery and its co-founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Course.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Course.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and that English law shall apply regardless of your country of residence.
10. Consumer Rights (UK Purchasers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
For digital content, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once you have consented to the content being provided immediately and acknowledged that your right to cancel is thereby lost. By completing your purchase, you provide this consent and acknowledgement.
11. Changes to the Course and These Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue elements of the Course at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to active course members via email. Continued use of the Course following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
